Shipping
At Belmonte Boutique, we aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after purchase. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached to be eligible.

2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange for another size, please place your order online as per usual and return the exchange item(s) as above in the Returns section.
Defects
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping and care instructions are included on every garment however if you feel you have a defective item please email info@belmonteboutique.com with details. Items will not be accepted, without prior approval. Defective items will be replaced whenever possible otherwise returned for a full refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
